Deborah Norville

Deborah Norville is a two-time Emmy® Award-winning journalist and bestselling author who is best known for anchoring Inside Edition, a position she held for 30 years, making her the longest-serving anchor on American television.
Norville joined Inside Edition in 1995 following a distinguished run at CBS News as an anchor and correspondent. She also previously served as co-host of NBC’s Today, anchor of NBC’s News at Sunrise, host of Deborah Norville Tonight on MSNBC, and host of the nationally syndicated Deborah Norville Show on the ABC Talk Radio Network. Her journalism career began at WAGA-TV in Atlanta while she was still a student at the University of Georgia.
Norville is also a bestselling author and lecturer. Her book Thank You Power: Making the SCIENCE of Gratitude Work for YOU became a New York Times bestseller and has been published in more than a dozen languages.
She serves on the board of the Broadcasters Foundation of America and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Women Corporate Directors, and the New York Women’s Forum. She is a past board member of the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York and the Rita Hayworth (Alzheimer’s) Steering Committee. Norville is married and the mother of three.
